GLOBYPET is an export-focused supplier of veterinary surgical and critical-care equipment, working with clinics, distributors and shelter programmes in more than 40 countries.
GLOBYPET started as a trading office serving a handful of veterinary distributors in Southeast Asia. Every enquiry came with the same three problems: inconsistent quality between batches, missing export documents, and no one to call when a unit needed a part.
We built the company around those three problems. Today we work with a fixed group of manufacturing partners, hold inspection responsibility for every shipment, and keep spare parts in stock so that a clinic in another hemisphere is never offline for weeks.
Every unit is powered, calibrated and photographed before packing. The inspection record travels with the shipment and is available to the buyer on request.
If a certificate does not cover your market, we say so before you order. We would rather lose a sale than create a customs problem for a partner.
Technical questions go to the same account manager who quoted you. Spare parts are held for at least eight years after a model is discontinued.
Distributors who build their own brand get better margin protection and a clearer position in their market. We support that with a documented, repeatable private-label process.
Every shipment includes the full document set. Copies are available before you place an order, so your registration team can review them first.
Quality management system certificate for the manufacturing partners we work with, renewed annually.
Declaration of conformity and technical file for CE-marked models, with the applicable directive listed.
Electrical safety and performance test reports per unit, with serial number traceability.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and freight documents prepared per destination.
Certificates apply to specific models and markets. Confirm the exact scope with your account manager before ordering.
