How it works

The VAM-200 is a table-top anesthesia machine designed for the small-animal theatre where floor space is limited. A precision vaporizer delivers a stable agent concentration from 0.5 % upward, and the low-volume circuit reduces agent consumption and rebreathing time in feline and small canine patients.

The breathing system, reservoir bag and soda lime canister are positioned at the front of the unit, so the anesthetist can see the valve movement while working. A standard accessory rail carries a multi-parameter monitor, and the scavenging outlet can be connected to either an active or passive system.
