One unit for sample orders on all standard models. OEM branding starts at 10 units for most product lines, and exclusive territory agreements are discussed case by case.

We ship worldwide by air, sea or express courier. We can quote FOB, CIF or DDP depending on the destination. For DDP shipments we handle clearance through our forwarder; otherwise your own broker clears the goods with the documents we provide.

Each shipment includes the CE declaration of conformity (for CE-marked models), the ISO 13485 certificate of the manufacturing partner, a factory test report and the full export document set. Registration in your market remains the importer's responsibility; we support it with technical files on request.

Stock models ship in 3–7 working days. Custom configurations and OEM orders typically take 20–30 days, plus transit time. Lead time is confirmed in writing on the quotation.

Yes. We hold spare parts for at least eight years after a model is discontinued, and we recommend a twelve-month spares kit with first orders. Consumables such as tips, circuits and filters are available from stock.

Remote installation support and video training are included. On-site training can be arranged for orders above an agreed value, or through your regional distributor.
